Brothers,

One of the most challenging aspects of moving any large organization toward achieving its goals is the effective communication of vision and strategy. As technology and our brotherhood have evolved over the years, we have the skills and tools to be deliberate and strategic about this important work, and the official launch of our new web site is the first step.

  1. I encourage you to attend training that is being announced, log in, and begin familiarizing yourself with all of the content that will be made available through this portal. Rather than sending long emails with various attachments, we’ll be using the web site to post news, announcements, events, committee meeting summaries, and accomplishments towards our goals. You’ll be able to find them all in the exclusive Member Dashboard, visible only to registered, logged-in brothers.
  2. The goals of restoring the undergraduate chapter to its rightful place of leadership and excellence on the yard falls to you and requires your support. Please use the donation system on our site to make a tax-deductible contribution of any amount to begin building the war chest. Please consider monthly donations of $50 or more. Truly any amount including one-time donations are greatly appreciated.
  3. Update your profile on the web site. Some of your information may already be pre-filled. Make sure your line name, crossing date, family name, order and other details are complete and accurate.

Finally, please join me in expressing gratitude to our Communications Committee for a job well-done. Brothers Andre Hewitt (Chair), James White, Ron Levi, and Adrian Reynolds created a cogent communications strategy as well as the web site and Slack vehicles we will use to accomplish our goals and to keep one another informed and engaged. First of all, servants of all, we shall transcend all. The next chapter begins with you, Brother.
