It is my pleasure to announce that the EAC Finance committee has been meeting regularly again for the past few months. Our team includes Derrick Ramsey, Chris Shropshire, Peter Tate, Travis Townsend, Ebow Vroom, and myself. On behalf of the Finance Committee, I am requesting any finance and budgetary items from each EAC committee chair/team and the Executive Board. Any information you have for the current fraternal fiscal year (Sept 2021 to Aug 2022) and the next (Sept 2022 to Aug 2023) would be appreciated. Please see the attached budget spreadsheet with sample of itemized line items of your budget by Tuesday, September 6th to djoyce1906@gmail.com. It is our plan to develop policies and procedures in concert with the treasurer to ensure funds are allocated to support the day-to-day operations for the EAC, support Epsilon Chapter, and other future projects.
